Michal Dery Samana is a seasoned professional in product and engineering operations, currently serving as the Head of Product & Engineering Operations at monday.com since September 2023. With extensive experience in R&D operations, Michal held the position of VP of R&D Operations at Similarweb from June 2021 to September 2023, after progressing from Director of R&D Operations. Prior roles include Director of Program Management at Cyber Industry and Director of Engineering Project Management at Bond, where Michal contributed to innovative personal security solutions. Earlier positions include leadership roles at Imperva, Intel Corporation, RSA The Security Division of EMC, Comverse Network Systems, and Intel. Michal holds an MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics & Philosophy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
