Agnes Feliciano

Agnes Feliciano has an extensive career in sales, customer logistics, and supply chain management, with a notable tenure at Kraft Foods beginning in January 2008. Initially serving as VP, Sales & Customer Logistics Services, and later as VP Customer Service, Sales & Customer Logistics, Agnes transitioned to an ecstatic retirement in April 2010 while continuing to contribute to the field as a faculty member at CSCMP. Prior to Kraft Foods, Agnes held the position of VP, Product Supply at Kraft Foods North America and served as VP Customer Logistics at ConAgra Foods. Additionally, experience as Product Supply Director at Nabisco, Inc. from 1998 to 2001 further underscores a robust professional background.
