Andres Tschannen

Andres Tschannen is an experienced professional in the field of agronomy and cocoa sustainability, with a notable background spanning over 19 years. At Mondelēz International, from April 2020 to March 2023, Tschannen served as Senior Manager for Cocoa Life in West Africa and previously as Cocoa Life Technical Manager. Prior experience at Barry Callebaut Group included roles as Partnership Lead for Child Labor, Forest & Carbon, Agronomy, Operations Manager for Global Cocoa Sustainability, and Country Manager from July 2010 to April 2020. Tschannen also held the position of Director of Operations for Pakka AG in Ghana from January 2008 to July 2009 and Vice Director at the Centre Suisse de Recherches Scientifiques en Côte d'Ivoire from January 2004 to December 2007.
