Emily Prentice

Emily Prentice currently serves as Chief Counsel, Compliance and Ethics and Compliance Officer for North America at Mondelēz International since May 2024. Previously, Emily held roles as Director & Senior Counsel and Director of Compliance Investigations at Walgreens from March 2020 to May 2024. Prior to that, Emily was Special Counsel at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, managing all aspects of litigation from August 2008 to February 2020. Emily began their legal career as an Associate at Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi and later at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Emily earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from DePaul University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and History from the University of Dayton.
