Gary Peters is an experienced quality management professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in the food industry. Currently serving as Principal Quality Manager at Mondelēz International since January 2011, Gary leads the development of Measurement Systems Analysis in support of Lean Six Sigma process improvements. Previously, as Category Quality Manager at Nabisco Biscuit Company since July 1991, Gary acted as a quality liaison for major brands such as Ritz and Oreo. Earlier in his career, Gary was the Director of Product Development and Analytical Testing at Best Foods Baking Group, where significant contributions were made to the growth of products like Thomas' English Muffins and Arnold Breads. Gary holds a Master's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in General Biology from Montclair State University.
