Iva Bennefeld-Stepanic

Iva Bennefeld-Stepanic is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as Vice President Marketing Central Europe at Mondelēz International, Iva has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President and Senior Category Director for Confectionery in the same region. Prior to Mondelēz, Iva worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as Group Stills Business Director and Corporate Route To Market Director, among other positions. Iva's career also includes experience as Area Manager Central Europe at Red Bull, and as Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson. Iva holds a Master of Arts in Marketing & Business Administration from the University of Zurich, completed between 1991 and 1996.
