Jana Kottasova

Jana Kottasova is an accomplished finance leader with over two decades of experience in the industry, currently serving as Vice President Finance Global Shared Services and IT at Mondelēz International since 2012. Kottasova is responsible for driving process excellence and overseeing a substantial finance organization, having successfully developed a digital strategy and delivered significant headcount reductions through automation. Prior roles include Senior Director Global Treasury Operations and Senior Director Strategic Projects in Europe, where key achievements encompassed establishing a standalone company for a private equity buyer and leading finance due diligence for a global category carve-out. Earlier in their career at Kraft Foods, Kottasova played a pivotal role in implementing a regional US GAAP accounting center and enhancing cash flow delivery across multiple countries. Kottasova holds an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University and a Master's degree in Mathematics from Charles University.
