Joshua Kwong

Joshua Kwong is a Process Engineering Intern at Mondelēz International as of April 2024, with diverse experience in engineering roles. Previously, Joshua served as a Plant Maintenance Master Data Analyst at HubHead, optimizing asset distribution and enhancing efficiency through digital management initiatives. As a member of the University of Waterloo EcoCAR Team, Joshua developed test plans and improved braking accuracy for competitive vehicle performance. Experience also includes a Process and Project Engineering Internship at MMR Consulting, where Joshua contributed to equipment management and process optimization, and a Project Manager Internship at NMC Dynaplas Toronto, where project management skills led to clearing backlogged projects. Joshua is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo, expected in April 2026.
