Laila Khalidah

Laila Khalidah is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Southeast Asia at Mondelēz International since July 2025, following a tenure as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Bermaz Auto Berhad from March 2023 to July 2025. Responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment process for executive to management-level roles and collaborating with hiring managers to create tailored sourcing strategies. Laila's experience in talent acquisition began as an intern at Mondelēz International from September 2022 to January 2023, where management of internship and fresh graduate programs for Malaysia and Singapore was a key focus. Laila holds a Bachelor's degree in English for Professional Communication and a Diploma in Muamalat from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
