Lance Hemmerich

Lance Hemmerich currently serves as the Director of Labor Relations at Mondelēz International since November 2024. Prior to this role, Lance was the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Vestis Corporation, overseeing collective bargaining agreements and employee relations initiatives. From 2016 to 2023, Lance worked as the Senior Director of Labor Relations at TreeHouse Foods, where responsibilities included chief negotiator for contract negotiations and leading a team dedicated to labor and employee relations across the US and Canada. Lance's career began at The Kraft Heinz Company as the Director of Labor Relations, managing employee relations for multiple manufacturing plants. Academically, Lance holds a Master of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from The Ohio State University, as well as two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sport/Dance/Arts Management from Baldwin Wallace University and Business Administration from the University of Mount Union.
