Lauryn McDonough is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, currently serving as Senior Marketing Director for the US Candy Category and Immediate Consumption at Mondelēz International since September 2009. In this role, Lauryn leads significant brands, including Sour Patch Kids and Toblerone, while driving profit and market share growth. Lauryn has contributed to the development of cross-category strategies and has co-led the Women @ MDLZ Employee Resource Group since August 2024.
