Lukas Henle

Lukas Henle is currently a member of the Switzerland Country Leadership Team at Mondelēz International, focusing on National Account Management for Retail and Out of Home Channels since September 2025. Additionally, Lukas serves as a Lecturer in Economics at HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich and is an active political figure with Die Mitte, running for the Küsnacht Council in 2026 and serving as a school board member. Prior to these roles, Lukas worked as a Senior Advisor & Managing Partner at Simon-Kucher and held significant positions at Coca-Cola HBC and Nestlé, overseeing major retail sales operations and strategies. Previous experience includes brand management at Mondelēz and a junior key account role at Lindt & Sprüngli. Lukas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
