Chocolate R&d Process Development Group Leader - Europe at Mondelez International

Maged Ashmawy has a strong background in packaging development and R&D, with extensive experience in the food industry. At Mondelēz International, Maged served as Chocolate R&D Process Development Group Leader for Europe and later as Packaging Development Manager for both Global Innovation Biscuit Packaging and the MEA region. Prior to Mondelēz, Maged worked at Henkel KGaA as a Packaging Development Engineer and at INCOPAPP as Technical Support Manager, where responsibilities included leading technical and customer support initiatives in flexible packaging. Maged also held roles as a QC Shift Supervisor and QC Supervisor, focusing on quality assurance and operations. Maged holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Physics from Cairo University.
