Michelle Gibb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in insights and analytics within the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Insights & Analytics at Mondelēz International since June 2021, Michelle previously held the position of Director of Consumer Insights at Bayer HealthCare from April 2015 to June 2021. Michelle began a lengthy tenure at Mars in 1996, culminating in the role of Director of Consumer & Market Insights, where leadership of the consumer research team and strategic guidance on portfolio strategy were key responsibilities.
