Michelle Hamilton

Michelle Hamilton currently serves as the VP, People Lead for Northern Europe at Mondelēz International since March 2022. Prior experience includes HR Director for Western Europe at Kimberly-Clark from April 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities encompassed leading the HR team and business partnering across six countries. During a long tenure at Kimberly-Clark from June 2005 to February 2019, Michelle held multiple HR roles, including HR Director for the UK & Ireland, where a notable achievement was earning the Bloomberg Top 100 Employers Award in 2016. Earlier professional experience includes leadership positions at Medway Unitary Authority and Moorfields Eye Hospital, along with foundational roles in personnel management at HCA International Ltd and BMI Healthcare.
