Michelle Pickering is an accomplished leader in research and development within the chocolate and confectionery sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Chocolate Research & Development at Mondelēz International since March 2013. Prior roles at Mondelēz include Vice President and Senior Director for Global Chocolate Research & Development and Director for Research Development and Quality in Europe Chocolate and the Gum and Candy category in Latin America. Prior to joining Mondelēz, Michelle Pickering held the position of Research, Development and Quality Director for the Middle East and Africa at Kraft Foods Group from December 2006 to March 2013.
