Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Brands at Mondelēz International since March 2018, Mie-Leng Wong oversees business growth strategies and innovation for notable brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, and Toblerone. Prior to this role, Mie-Leng Wong held various leadership positions at Mondelēz International, including Head of Global Brands and Chief Marketing Officer for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. Mie-Leng Wong's career also includes pivotal roles at The HEINEKEN Company, where Mie-Leng Wong directed international brands and marketing capabilities, and Unilever, leading brand strategies and innovations for several global product lines. Mie-Leng Wong holds a degree from Utrecht University and completed the IRG100 Leadership Program at the Institute for Real Growth.
