Mike Beitzel

Mike Beitzel has over 20 years of experience in labor and employee relations, currently serving as Vice President of Labor & Employee Relations for North America at Mondelēz International from June 2020 to December 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held various leadership positions at Bimbo Bakeries USA and The Hershey Company, including Sr. Director of Labor Relations and HR Director for US Plants & Global Labor. Mike's career in human resources and labor relations began at Kraft Foods, where Mike worked in multiple capacities. Academically, Mike earned a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University and an M.A. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
