Monica Jimenez has extensive experience in the food science and engineering sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of Enterprise Engineering Biscuits at Mondelēz International since October 2013. In this role, Monica collaborates with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects to enhance production capacity and acts as a liaison between the LATAM engineering organization and Global Functions in Supply Chain. With a background as Associate Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and in various scientific roles at both Mondelēz and Kraft Foods, Monica has demonstrated leadership in product development, technical expertise in reformulation for improved nutrition, and capability building. Monica holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Licentiate degree in Food Science from Universidad de Costa Rica.
