Natasha Ahmed

Natasha Ahmed currently serves as a Chocolate Research and Development Technologist apprentice at Mondelēz International since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a barista and bartender at Chartwells Universities, and a baker at Lockdown Bakehouse and Aji Bakery. Natasha has also gained valuable experience as a trainee pastry chef at Ottolenghi Ltd and as a chocolatier's assistant at Temper Temper Chocolate. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Nottingham Trent University, a degree in Baking Science and Technology from London South Bank University, a Diploma of Education in Weightlifting from Loughborough College, and attendance at Tunbridge Wells Girls' Grammar School.
