Orlando Herrera-Gomez

Orlando Herrera-Gomez is an experienced Associate Principal Scientist at Mondelēz International since May 1999, focusing on flavor research in baked goods. Prior to this role, Orlando served as a Teaching Assistant in Chemistry at Purdue University from July 1996 to December 1998 and held the position of Assistant Professor at Universidad de Costa Rica from 1991 to 1994.
