Rachael Gatling

Rachael Gatling serves as the Director of Supply Chain Digital Commerce, Customer Collaboration, Customer Service & Logistics at Mondelēz International since December 2023. With a long-standing commitment to professional development, Rachael is also the CEO, Trainer & Consultant at Change Your Story, LLC, which focuses on education and training in career development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and personal branding since May 2014. Previously at Philips Healthcare from July 2017 to October 2022, Rachael held several leadership roles including Customer Delivery Leader, Head of Supply Chain eCommerce Direct to Business, Director of Consumer Experience, and Director of Consumer Care, where Rachael was instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction, transforming supply chain operations, and fostering continuous improvement. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Wilmington University.
