Global Head – Integrated Marketing And Marketing Technology Strategy at Mondelez International

Rensilin Pathrose has extensive experience in digital marketing and technology strategy, currently serving as the Global Head of Integrated Marketing and Marketing Technology Strategy at Mondelēz International since November 2010. In this role, Rensilin is responsible for the development and execution of a three-year marketing technology roadmap and has led significant initiatives such as Digital Content Management and Zero Based Budgeting for Marketing. Prior to this position, Rensilin held several key roles, including Head of MEU eCommerce and Digital Marketing, where management of the European eCommerce platform for Tassimo took place, and Global Digital Technology Lead, focusing on the creation of a global digital marketing platform. Rensilin's earlier career includes positions with Kraft Foods Group, Acnovate Corporation, MindTree Consulting, and Tricon Infotech, along with academic credentials in Computer Science and Project Management.
