Shweta Rabra

Shweta Rabra currently serves as Lead - People Experience for Mondelēz International, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shweta held several key positions within the Godrej Group, including Lead - HR Process Excellence & Operations and Lead - Talent Acquisition for GCPL India & SAARC. Shweta earned a PGPHR in Human Resources Management and Services from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Jaypee University of Information Technology.
