Sujit Bawa

Sujit Bawa currently serves as Vice President of M&A Integration for the AMEA region at Mondelēz International, where responsibilities include leading the M&A agenda and overseeing post-merger integration. Prior to this, Sujit held key roles at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, including Head of Transformation and Growth and Global Head of Portfolio Strategy, focusing on growth acceleration and portfolio simplification. Sujit's extensive experience at Unilever spans multiple senior positions, including Business Head for the acquisition of GSK Functional Nutrition Brands and Regional General Manager, where strategic initiatives resulted in significant profit growth. Earlier career foundations were established at Asian Paints as an Area Sales Manager. Sujit holds a PGDBM in Marketing from FORE School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Delhi University.
