Wayne Carter

Wayne Carter is a seasoned Project Engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering services within the manufacturing sector. Currently employed at Mondelēz International as a Project Engineer for Utilities & Infrastructure since April 2024, Wayne oversees projects at the Cadbury Chocolate Manufacturing Facility in Hobart, Australia. Previously, as a Divisional Project Manager at AVI Limited from September 2022 to December 2023, Wayne led Capital Project teams across multiple facilities.
