Ameel Ismail has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ameel started their career at General Motors as a Strategy and Business Planning Supervisor from November 2007 to July 2008. Ameel then joined Tetra Pak as a Key Account Manager from August 2008 to March 2013.

In 2013, Ameel Ismail joined Mondi Group and held multiple positions. Ameel initially worked as a Sales Manager and Plant OPCO member from March 2013 to March 2015. Ameel then took on the role of Group Strategy & Excellence Senior Consultant from March 2015 to January 2018. Following this, they served as a PMI Manager (M&A) from January 2018 to December 2019.

From January 2020 to the present, Ameel Ismail has been working at Mondi Group as a Sales & Global Key Account Director. In this role, they oversee all sales activities in the Middle East and North Africa and manages a regional team of 9 Sales Managers in 6 Mondi factories. Ameel is also responsible for setting up a structured mid-to-long term commercial strategy to foster growth in the region.
