Delia Dron

Delia Dron is an experienced professional in strategic governance and global mobility, currently serving as a Reward Expert at Mondi Group since March 2018, after progressing from the role of Reward Analyst. Prior to this, Delia worked at PwC Austria from January 2017 to February 2018 as a Consultant in Global Mobility within Tax and Legal Services. Delia also has experience in academia, having held the position of Research and Teaching Assistant at the HRM Institute of WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from March 2015 to October 2016. Delia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Science in Taxation and Financial Reporting, both from WU.
