Matthias Behner

Matthias Behner is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager for Mondi Group since July 2020, Matthias previously held the role of HR Director Germany at HARIBO Deutschland from July 2016 to June 2020. Earlier roles include positions at Nestlé, where Matthias worked from July 2004 to June 2016, serving as the HR Manager for both the Schwerin and Lüdinghausen sites, as well as a personnel officer. Matthias began the HR career at Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World as a personnel officer from September 2001 to June 2004. Matthias holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsrecht from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
