Sam Fooks is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax, transfer pricing, tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and VAT management. Currently serving as Tax Manager at Mondi Plc since February 2013, Sam has a proven track record in managing tax audits and various tax-related responsibilities. Prior roles include International Tax Manager at Logica and Senior Manager at PwC, where expertise encompassed UK and International Tax for FTSE and inbound clients. Sam began the tax career at PKF (UK) LLP as a Manager focusing on tax compliance and advisory. Educational qualifications include a BA in Geography from UCL.
