Nadine Sermet

Nadine Sermet is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Mondial Relay since January 2022, Nadine previously held the position of General Counsel at Ladurée Paris and Groupe HOLDER, overseeing legal matters related to brand expansion and compliance in a global context. Prior to these roles, Nadine was with HP for over a decade, serving as EMEA Executive Counsel and General Counsel for France, where significant responsibilities included managing legal teams and ensuring compliance with various laws.
