Shawn Cimock

Shawn Cimock, PMP CSM, has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Shawn is currently serving as the Managing Director at Mondo Robot since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Operations & Product Delivery at Mondo Robot from April 2020 to May 2022. Before joining Mondo Robot, Shawn worked at Effective Inc., an Ogilvy company, where they served as the Director of Client Engagement from February 2018 to April 2020. Shawn also held multiple roles at Effective, including Director of Client Engagement and Account Director from January 2016 to January 2018, and Senior Engagement Manager from July 2013 to January 2016. Shawn has also worked as an Independent Consultant for a technology start-up company, where they provided expertise in developing standards for project management and development life cycle. Shawn started their career at Aptitude Solutions, where they held various leadership roles, including Director of Product Management, Director of Professional Services, Implementations Manager, and Southeast Account Manager. Shawn also worked as a Software Trainer at American Pioneer Title Insurance Company and served as System Uploads & Support at Florida Hospital. Throughout their career, Shawn has demonstrated strong leadership skills, experience in client engagement, and expertise in project management.

Shawn Cimock, PMP CSM, completed their education at the UCF College of Business from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a B.S.B.A. degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they attended Bishop Moore Catholic High School. In addition to their educational background, Shawn has obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2014 and the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2014.
