Manuel Hernandez Coves is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Product Manager for the softgoods division and Area Manager for España & Portugal at Mondraker since December 2018. Additionally, Manuel is the Manager of the Sram Ibera tech center at Team Bike, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role in the Back Office at TEAM BIKE S.L. Manuel's educational background includes a Licenciado in Product Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School, specialized training in negotiation techniques from the Cámara de Comercio de Madrid, and a focus on strategic innovation in commercial management from Fundesem Business School. The academic journey also includes studies at Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche.
