Eva Postema

Eva Postema currently serves as Head of Office at Mondriaan Fonds since January 2023, overseeing internal organization and grant processes while participating in management team and board discussions. Additionally, Postema has been involved with Cappella Amsterdam as Chair and board member since June 2018, and serves as Treasurer on the board of Pynarello since February 2018. Past experience includes board membership at De Zaak Nu, representing the interests of visual arts institutions in the Netherlands, and serving as Executive Director at BAK, basis voor actuele kunst, where Postema worked at the intersection of contemporary art and society. Previous roles also encompass Head of Operations at Netherlands Bach Society, where responsibilities included marketing, finance, and educational programs. Postema has a strong background in marketing and communication across various organizations, highlighted by previous positions at Zetacom, Het Nieuwe Instituut, Premsela, and Kik Productions. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Dutch Language and Literature/Kunstbeleid en -management from Utrecht University.
