Axel Neumann

Axel Neumann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Axel began their career as a Consultant at Commerzbank AG in 2003, where they worked until 2006. Axel then joined Oliver Wyman as an Associate from 2011 to 2013. After that, Neumann joined Zalando SE, where they held several positions including Chief of Staff from 2013 to 2016, Head of People Insights & Rewards from 2016 to 2021, and Director of Corporate Development from 2021 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Mondu as the Chief Strategy Officer since October 2022. In this role, Neumann is responsible for developing the long-term growth path for Mondu, focusing on establishing the leading financial services platform for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Europe and beyond, and defining and facilitating smart and executable strategies to create value for the company.
