Joan Swanson

Joan Swanson started their work experience as a Commercial Sales Intern at Armstrong World Industries in 2013. Joan then joined Capital One as a Business Analyst in July 2014 and later became a Senior Business Analyst from February 2016 to February 2018. In 2018, they joined Klarna as an Analytics Manager, Fraud Strategy for North America, UK, and Australia until April 2021. From April 2021 to May 2022, Joan worked at Klarna as an Analytics Lead, Developer Services, where they were responsible for managing the development infrastructure and financial planning. Currently, since May 2022, they are working as the Head of Fraud Prevention at Mondu.
