Denise Hayes

Denise Hayes is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Moneris. Denise leads the HR function across the employee life cycle and is responsible for ensuring the HR strategy is aligned to the business strategy. Denise joined Moneris in June 2014 and has over 25 years’ experience in HR, of which 17 years have been at the executive level. Prior to Moneris, Denise was SVP, People for Saint Elizabeth Health Care, a 6000 employee community health agency where she prepared the organization for future growth and expansion. Prior to Saint Elizabeth, Denise spent 15 years with ADP Canada as VP of Human Resources where she led the HR function through a period of significant growth, both organically and through acquisitions. Denise is currently a Board member at The Living Arts Centre of Mississauga and a prior Board member of Mohawk Shared Services.
