Hanna DV is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and customer experience analysis. Currently serving as the Workforce Planning Manager at Moneris since April 2019, Hanna previously held the position of Customer Experience Analyst at Slack from March 2018 to February 2019, and worked as a Workforce Analyst at Just Energy between April 2016 and March 2018. Prior roles include Intraday Workforce Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, and Accounts Receivable at Rogers Communications from December 2013 to April 2016, as well as a brief stint as a Junior Cards Advisor at RBC in early 2014.
