Josie Ferry

Josie Ferry is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in managerial roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning Services at Moneris since November 2022, Josie leads a national team of Learning Consultants to deliver blended and digital learning solutions, enhancing the capabilities of sales and client experience teams. Prior to this, from June 2021 to November 2022, Josie was the Senior Manager of Learning Facilitation at RBC, overseeing onboarding training for new advisors. Josie's tenure at CIBC from November 2001 to February 2021 included multiple senior positions focused on strategic training initiatives, employee engagement, and leadership development. Additionally, Josie has experience as a professor at George Brown College, where a Performance Consulting course was facilitated. Josie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western University, a Human Resources Management certificate from Ryerson University, and a Coaching degree from Adler Professional Coaching.
