Marco di Pentima

Marco Di Pentima is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in end-user support and desktop support. Currently serving as the Manager of End User Support at Moneris since May 2013, Marco previously held various positions at Soroc Technology from February 2002 to May 2013, including Desktop Support Technician and Senior Helpdesk Analyst. Marco's career began at Handlex as a Senior Associate from November 2000 to February 2002. Educational qualifications include a degree in Information Technology Technician & Hardware Installation/Configuration from the Toronto School of Business and a degree in International Transportation & Customs from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. Marco is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
