Neetu Sidhu

Neetu Sidhu serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Moneris since June 2021. Previously, Neetu held several key leadership roles at ATB Financial from February 2015 to March 2021, including Senior Director of the Experience Office and Anti-Racism Experience Lead, where Neetu advanced financial inclusion and mental wellness through digital customer experiences. Neetu's expertise extends to founding Munshaanth, an online community focused on race and mental health, and REVIVAL Style, a social enterprise supporting impoverished textile artisans in India. Neetu's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Social Entrepreneurship from New York University and dual Bachelor of Commerce degrees in Marketing from the Haskayne School of Business and Copenhagen Business School.
