Shubhra Kathuria currently serves as the Innovation Leader and Senior Director at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities include driving innovation and growth through EY wavespace. In addition, Shubhra is a member of Chief, a network dedicated to enhancing the leadership journeys of senior women leaders, and acts as a Venture Partner for Moneta Ventures, focusing on early-stage technology and healthcare investments. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Digital Strategy at KPIT Cummins and Consulting Manager of Digital Strategy at GEP Worldwide, along with positions in software engineering and product management at multiple technology firms.
