Emilia Hirvinen

Emilia Hirvinen has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as Process Owner for HR Services at Monetra since December 2017, with previous roles including System Specialist and various Service Specialist positions in payroll and accounts payable. Prior to Monetra, Emilia worked as an HR Consultant at Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut and as an HR Trainee at Banssi Henkilöstöpalvelut. Initial experiences include positions at Subway, where Emilia developed customer service and teamwork skills, as well as roles as a Customer Service Advisor and Restaurant Worker, showcasing a well-rounded background in service-oriented environments. Emilia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2018, following high school education at Pihtiputaan lukio.
