Joy Dai

Joy Dai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services and business development. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Monex Financial Services (Shanghai) Ltd. and the General Representative of Monex Financial Services Ltd. Shanghai Rep. Office since May 2006, Joy Dai has led initiatives such as the DCC project in collaboration with banks across Greater China. Prior to this role, Joy held positions at De La Rue as a Senior Account Manager, focusing on the development of auto teller systems for major banks, and at Diebold as an Account Manager, responsible for ATM sales to prominent banks in eastern China. Joy's earlier experience includes a role as a Specialist in the Import & Export Department of Interbold, a joint venture specializing in ATM development. Joy Dai holds a Master’s degree in Management Psychology from Brest Business School (2020-2022) and a degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (2006-2009).
