Greg Lyumkis

Greg Lyumkis has extensive work experience in the field of foreign exchange (FX) sales and trading. Greg currently holds the position of Head of Options - FX Sales and Trading at Monex USA (formerly Tempus, Inc) since February 2022.

Prior to this, Greg worked at AFEX for over 12 years, starting as a Senior Account Executive in August 2009 and eventually becoming the Head of Options, Americas (FX Sales & Trading). In this role, they managed AFEX's Option Desk in the US and tailored FX Option hedging solutions for clients, including a variety of structures such as Vanilla, Zero-Premium structures, and leveraged (Ratio) products. Greg also managed the New York Spot and Forward book and grew a significant portfolio of corporate FX customers, assisting them with Spot, Forward, SWAP, and Option needs.

Before joining AFEX, Greg worked as a Corporate Relationship Manager at Travelex from February 2008 to August 2009. In this role, they actively marketed FX hedging strategies, executed trades in major and minor currencies, and handled exotic currency payments.

Greg started their career in the FX industry at Ruesch International in February 2006. Greg initially worked as an Account Executive-FX Sales for a few months before transitioning into the role of FX Trader, Asia. In this position, they served as an overnight trader supporting the Australian office and conducted risk management for FX Spot, Forward, and SWAP positions.

Greg Lyumkis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Maryland from the year 2000 to 2002. Following that, they pursued further education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business during the period of 2010 to 2012.
