Lucy Oldham

Lucy Oldham has extensive experience in digital product management and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Product and Head of Portfolio - Digital at the Money and Pensions Service since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lucy was the Head of Digital at Thames Water from August 2017 to December 2020. Lucy's career also includes significant positions at EE between 2011 and July 2017, where responsibilities included Head of Digital Planning, Head of Digital for B2B and Marketing Support, and Senior Strategy Manager.
