Chiaki Ishihara

Chiaki Ishihara currently serves as the Group Executive Officer and Chief Human Officer at 株式会社マネーフォワード since October 2016, with a focus on HR system revisions and diversity and inclusion initiatives. In 2021, Chiaki became General Manager of the People Forward (HR) Department, previously holding key roles in the Corporate Planning Division, including Head of Investor Relations and Division Manager, where Chiaki managed the IPO project for TSE Mothers and oversaw budget control and minority investments. Prior experience includes working at Deloitte as a Staff Accountant and Senior Staff Accountant in both the Tokyo and Cleveland offices, specializing in group audits for international clients and advisory services for pre-IPO companies. Chiaki holds a Bachelor of Arts in French language from 上智大学 and has pursued additional studies in France and Singapore.
