Nov Matake

Nov Matake is a seasoned software engineer and technology consultant with extensive experience in digital identity technology and API development. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Money Forward, Inc. since June 2022, Nov is also a Board Member at Caulis and the CEO & Founder of YAuth.jp LLC, a consulting firm focused on digital identity solutions. In addition, Nov holds positions as Evangelist and Executive Director at OpenID Foundation Japan and OpenID Foundation, respectively, contributing to the development and promotion of OpenID Connect and OAuth 2. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at GREE, Inc., API Developer at CyberAgent America, and Rails Developer at Cerego Japan Inc., among others. Nov co-founded Kyoto CtoG.ac, a non-profit organization aimed at helping the elderly learn computer skills, and possesses a Master’s degree in Engineering from Doshisha Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Doshisha University.
