Helene Raynaud

Helene Raynaud is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the financial services and housing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Housing Initiatives at Money Management International since November 2023, Raynaud previously held the position of President and CEO at CCCSMD from December 2015 to November 2023. Prior to that, Raynaud worked at the National Foundation for Credit Counseling as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development from February 2006 to December 2015. Raynaud also gained valuable experience at Fannie Mae as Senior Manager from 1999 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, a Master of Arts in European Studies from the University of Sussex, and participation in the Leadership Premier program through Leadership Howard County. Additionally, Raynaud completed a course on Developing Major Gifts at Indiana University Indianapolis in 2006.
