Louis Psarras has extensive experience in customer care, knowledge development, and leadership roles within various financial service organizations. Currently serving as Team Leader for Customer Care and Secured Collections at MONEY3 since November 2016, Louis previously founded The Kid Henry, a streetwear label, and held significant roles at Latitude Financial Services and GE Capital. Louis's career began with Esanda, progressing through various positions related to account management and training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Retail Management and Human Resources from Victoria University, a Graduate Certificate in Investment and Applied Finance, and various certifications in training, leadership, and finance.
